JetBlue Check-in Policy

JetBlue allows you to check in for your flight online, via the JetBlue app, or at the airport. You can check in as early as 24 hours before your flight's scheduled departure time.

Online Check-in

To check in online, you will need your confirmation code, passport, credit card, TrueBlue number, or barcode. You can check in on JetBlue's website or in the JetBlue app.

App Check-in

To check in via the JetBlue app, you will need to download the app to your mobile device. Once you have the app, open it and enter your confirmation code. You can then check in for your flight and print your boarding pass.

Airport Check-in

If you are unable to check in online or via the app, you can check in at the airport. You will need to go to the check-in counter and present your confirmation code and ID.

Check-in Deadlines
