Kids Eat and Play is a nationwide survey conducted to assess the health and well-being of Australian children. This comprehensive study examined over 5,000 kids from various cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast. The survey focuses on the nutritional intake, body size, and physical activity of children aged 2 to 16 years, offering valuable insights into their overall health. Our findings aim to help parents and health institutions across Australia understand the current state of child health, empowering them to make informed decisions and promote positive changes.
