Kunwar Yoga welcomes individuals from all walks of life to participate in its comprehensive 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC), conducted in the tranquil surroundings of Dehradun. This immersive program is internationally accredited by Yoga Alliance USA, equipping students to become certified yoga instructors or to simply deepen their personal practice and understanding of yoga.

Blending ancient yogic knowledge with a modern, scientific approach to the body and mind, this course aims to nurture physical strength, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Meditation and Pranayama
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Asana Practice (Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga)
