Due to a last-minute work conflict, I needed to change my return ticket from Athens to New York. I was nervous about extra fees and complications, but the Turkish Airlines New York Office staff handled everything seamlessly. I walked in without an appointment, and within 15 minutes, I was seated with a representative who patiently reviewed my options. Not only did they offer a reasonable fare difference, but they also managed to get me on a better flight with less travel time. I appreciated how knowledgeable and courteous the staff were—they really took the stress out of what could have been a frustrating situation.
