Compass Care Group is a registered NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider based in Perth, Western Australia. Our primary objective is to see participants lead happy, fulfilling, and independent lives, and we do this by standing by each participant’s side, ensuring they achieve milestones with ease and comfort. We provide individualised support to people with disability and assist in managing existing support systems. Compass Care Group works closely with the NDIS participants, their family members and NDIS service professionals to provide quality support and resources to help achieve NDIS goals.
