KAUSTAV Sehgal is one of the most well-known martial arts experts and the co-founder & head instructor at Contact Combat India. He is well-versed in kickboxing and is an expert in Krav Maga as well as other martial arts disciplines. Kaustav has a wealth of experience in teaching self-defense & unarmed combat techniques to many different types of clients, including military, security, law enforcement, and the general public all over India. Kaustav started his martial arts journey at an early age. He was a black belt of Taekwondo, but it was during a street fight that he realized that practical self-defense was more important than traditional martial arts. This realization led him to explore Krav Maga (the combat system of the Israel Defense Forces), which focuses on practical self-defense techniques in real-life situations.
