There are two direct-acting antiviral presents in Epclusa. The work of these drugs is to weaken the acting capacity of protein which is required by the hepatitis C virus. Sofosbuvir and Velpatasvir are the two drugs found in Epclusa which are nucleotide polymerase inhibitor and NS5A inhibitor respectively.
