From beginning to end, my recent interaction with the Delta Airlines Aberdeen Office was very remarkable. When I needed help with bookings and travel-related questions, the staff's professionalism, patience, and efficiency were impressive.
They were particularly noteworthy for their meticulousness and desire to go above and above to make sure everything was taken care of. My trip arrangements were much facilitated by their attentive listening to my tastes, clear answers to all of my inquiries, and useful recommendations. They were extremely respectful and considerate, and even though they were busy, they never made me feel hurried.
It could have been a difficult undertaking, but their thorough service and polite manner made it easy and pleasurable. Very few places offer consistently excellent customer service, and the Aberdeen Office staff exemplifies Delta Airlines' dedication to quality.
